When you see a specialist for “pelvic floor”, and she specifically recommends the “pelvic wand”, you follow the instructions. Helpful stretch exercises were recommended when using the wand (given by the Dr/specialist). This is helpful in regaining mobility that has become an issue.

I like it

My doctor suggested I get a wand tool for regular pain point maintenance. My pt recommended this one specifically. So far, I've used the wand a few times. It takes a little getting used to, figuring out the grip strength and how to maneuver it, but I feel its a good tool to work on my pain points.

Turned my day around

I was a little hesitant about using it, and I was already having a bad day when I got it delivered. But opening up the packaging to see “You’ve got this” and a bunch of other encouragement and thoughtfully worded instructions made me cry because I felt seen after experiencing pelvic floor issues for 8 months. After using it, I wasn’t expecting to feel much better, but man was I wrong. I actually look forward to using it every few days like my PT instructed because it feels to have the same impact that my muscle relaxers do. I just wish the handle was a tiny bit longer, but I’ve learned to sit at a reclining angle and that helps the reach.

Gets the job done

I suffered from terrible. I mean TERRIBLE tailbone pain after I had my second son. I went to physical therapy and they discussed me getting a pelvic wand to help along with the stretches I do. Major game changer the pain is barely there now. I stretch with this once a week, and I feel like a new woman.

Useful

Although it is a little hard to manipulate at first, and it is a little hard to reach certain areas without other areas being pressed against as well due to the curve on the bigger end, it is a useful tool. My PT recommended this, and I got a discount with her code. It is very useful for when I cannot be there but weekly or longer for her appointments, and it helps me to work on loosening the muscles by myself. I have felt an improvement with these methods, as well as using it WITH pelvic drops. Less pain and tension. It smells odd though due to the box, and I couldn't wash the scent off. I like that it can be used for both men and women. I wish it was less expensive, though, but if you order it off their app and on AP if you have it, you get free shipping and it arrives quickly. I wish they had more color options though.

Great tool and good price!

Very pleased with this wand. It’s definitely more affordable compared to Intimate Rose, same with their dilators. The wand helps more though since it specifically targets individual pelvic floor muscles. Just make sure you watch plenty of instructional videos before using it and take it slow. Even better with advice from a pelvic floor PT.

It really works

I struggled with the reason why I was having so much pain. I finally found a Doctor Who found the reason and gave me ways to keep it from coming back.

Worked but hurt

This was a really effective product, in that it did relieve the muscle tension in my pelvic floor and eased the pain I had felt. It did take a really long time to come. And the way my pelvic floor therapist prompted me to use it ended up being incredibly painful, and made my period start three days early. But after that, I've been mostly pain free.

Great Product for Women, Limited Use for Men

I recently purchased the NewFlora Pelvic Wand Massager and found it to be a high-quality product. The design and material are excellent, making it very effective for its intended use. While the product description mentions that it is suitable for both women and men, I discovered that it is more suitable for women. My experience as a man was that the shape and design did not align well with male anatomy, making it less effective for me. However, my partner found it to be extremely beneficial for pelvic floor physical therapy and perineal massage. In conclusion, this product is fantastic for women and delivers on its promises. For men, it may not provide the same level of effectiveness. Overall, I would highly recommend it for female users looking for a reliable and comfortable tool for pelvic floor therapy.

Finally found a solution for my "problems"

I have been struggling with lower back and joint pain for years now. As much as the physiotherapist tried to help me solve my problems, there was never a long lasting effect and the tension just kept comming back. I was lucky to find a woman, who was mentioning pelvic tension on the internet (insted of just how to do kegel's) and the product. My life has changes drastically. I have never thought pelvic tension could run so deep in your body and cause so many other issues. I am really hopping there will be more products like that in Europe and that people will become more aware of pelvic tension.

It works, it doesn’t vibrate

When we ordered this, I had assumed that it was a vibrating type pelvic floor wand. It does not actually have any power or vibration. It is just a tool that is intended to focus on pelvic floor, health and well-being for women. We had a baby several months ago, and my wife experienced some issues afterwards that largely had to do with her pelvic floor, which wasn’t actually even a thing I was aware of until after we had the baby and she encountered those issues. it was recommended that she get a wand and some other tools to try and deal with pelvic floor health and to rejuvenate the area in the muscles. We selected this and it does in fact work if you use it but as mentioned, I had assumed it was powered, or had some kind of vibration feature, which it does not have. But the good news is that is not really intended that way , it’s still very effective. It takes a little bit of getting used to and you have to read the instructions but for my wife it was effective and we are glad that we bought it.

Pls take note that this wand doesn't come with vibrator effect.

Uncomfortable

I found the shape of this to be uncomfortable. I did not find it to offer me what I was looking for. Material wise it seems well made.

Consistency is key

I'm on the fence about this one. It looks and feels high quality, very soft and flexible yet firm. It's pretty simple to use. You definitely need consistency and practice with this one. I've used it a few times and have not noticed any results.

Product itself is medium quality

Personally found this a pretty weird massager and not really helpful for physical therapy as it states. But product itself’s texture feels smooth and about medium quality on the material and craftsmanship.

Branded well with detailed instructions but actual tool is simple with not much for results

This wand has a lot in making this tool look like a professional big brand tool. It comes in a magnetic closure box, with a branded drawstring bag, and instruction pamphlet printed in color on cardstock. The wand is nestled in a cut out foam in the bottom of the box with a ribbon tied around it. The instructions are very detailed with a very simple, easy method of using the wand. Basically using a sweeping motion on the side walls. The wand is nicely coated in a smooth silicone but feels like it is made somewhat cheap as it has a sort of click when pressure is applied to the side. This leaves me to believe that the wand is made from two half pieces of hollow plastic and then silicone coated. The tool works to do the motion in the instructions just does not feel like a high quality tool. The motion used for strengthening detailed in the instructions seems to have not done much for me at all nor does it feel particularly good. Overall, it was worth a try but maybe not for me.

Requires consistency

Lots of unnecessary packaging, but despite the overkill, it’s nicely done. The wand itself is well made. I think for this to work well it requires a lot of consistency so you have to be willing to make the effort..

Doesn't seem to help with incontinence

I read that this kind of wand would help with pelvic floor dysfunction and reduce incontinence, but the wand exercises aren't improving my bouts of leaking urine. Guess it is just me. But on the plus side the wand is attractive, easy to use, and comfortable. Just wish it would strengthen my muscles and stop me from peeing when I cough or laugh.

Learning

I’m currently using this because I suffer with a high tone or hypertonic pelvic floor. I went to physical therapy and after not being able to afford it I decided to look into treatment by myself. It’s a learning curve Forsure something I’m not entirely expirenced on but I find a lot of helpful instruction on YouTube. So far so good

Excellent for personal therapy!

This tool is a wonderful help for dealing with a myriad of feminine issues, and it's a very high quality. It's velvety soft to the touch, sturdy, and very nice to use. This tool was chosen to help with an issue of being unable to use tampons and learning to help relax the muscles- the narrow end is tapered nicely, well formed, and easy to insert with a bit of lubrication. The tool is easy to hold, easy to wash, and had no smell upon arrival. This tool comes in very discreet wrappings, and the box is sturdy and nice enough for storage and to leave on a nightstand if so chosen. As someone that has endured excruciating pelvic floor therapy, but had to stop going because it got too expensive, I appreciate finding a good tool to use on my own at home. Tough to review, but came in VERY discrete packaging

Was in a really nice display box with a waterproof storage bag and a very clear set of instructions. The box was so nice it could have been gifted. The package was very discrete and had a secondary wrap of black plastic material. There was no problem slipping it into the bedroom while no one was looking. I am still learning how to use the item, it is a nice shape for hitting the "spot". I am not sure it will help my pelvic floor, but it can be a very comforting friend.

well designed

This type of pelvic wand is not meant as a stimulation tool, it is meant as a therapeutic device for release of muscle tension and other related issues. Having two different sized ends really helps with releasing pressure in different ways. This wand has a good blend between firmness and comfort while maintaining effectiveness. There is a hard core inside the wand with extra silicone on the tips for pressure with a cushion. I recommend this one.
