At NewFlora, our goal is to support your comfort and wellbeing. If your experience with our products or service has not met your expectations, we offer a clear and simple return process.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on U.S. orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, products must be unopened and unused.

If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team so we can review the issue and assist appropriately.

If you purchased from a healthcare provider or another authorized retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account at account.newflora.com
  2. Select the order you’d like to return
  3. Click “Request return” and follow the instructions

Our support team is available if you need assistance at any point.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

You may choose either option:

1. Use a return label provided by NewFlora

  • The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

2. Use your own return label

  • You must provide us with the tracking number.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method. USPS Priority Mail is typically reliable and affordable.

NewFlora is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the unopened item is received at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days after receipt for processing.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been completed.
