How to use

1. Clean

Wash with warm water and soap between each use.

2. Find a safe space

Find somewhere you can relax without interruptions.

3. Choose an end

Either end can be used, chose what is more comfortable for you.

4. Apply Lubricant

Generously apply water-based lubricant to the wand and vagina.

5. Position Yourself

Lie on your back with bent knees.

6. Soften & Insert

Breathe deeply in and out, insert on the exhale.

7. Find Tender Points

Think of the vagina as a clock, 9 o'clock is the right side and 3 o'clock is the left side of the vagina. Sweep from 5 to 1 o'clock and 7 to 11 o'clock

8. Repeat

Repeat 1 -2x/ day, using different depths of insertion as needed.
