Content Policy

This policy applies to anything you submit to NewFlora: product reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, survey answers, and posts or content made for our affiliate, partner or referral programs. It covers submissions through our websites, forms, email, and social media tags. By submitting content, you agree to these terms.

1. Ownership. You confirm that the content you submit is original and that you have the rights to share it.
2. Usage Rights. You grant NewFlora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and share your submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all platforms. This includes the right to crop, trim, caption, and adapt your content, to run it in paid advertising, and to show your name or social handle with it. You keep ownership of your content.
3. Content Standards. Content must not include:
   1. offensive, illegal, or infringing material;
   2. nudity or sexually explicit material;
   3. false or misleading statements, or fake or paid-for positive reviews;
   4. instructions for using a product in an unsafe way;
   5. spam, links to other products or services, or content about people under 18.
4. Personal Information. If other people appear in your content, you confirm you have their permission to include them. Do not share private information about anyone else. If you are a healthcare professional, do not include any patient names, images, or details that could identify a patient.
5. Incentives. Refunds or rewards are offered solely at NewFlora's discretion and may be withheld if the submission does not meet our quality or eligibility guidelines. Incentives are never conditional on a positive opinion. Participants in a NewFlora program, such as the affiliate post offer, are also bound by that program's own agreement. If the two conflict, the program agreement controls for that program.
6. Review and Moderation. We may decline, remove, or edit submissions that break this policy. We do not edit or remove reviews because they are negative.
7. Revocation and Removal. Once submitted, your content may be used publicly and may not be removable from all platforms. To ask us to stop using your content, email support@newflora.com. We will stop any new use of it, but content that has already been published, printed, or shared may remain.
8. No Obligation. We are not required to use any submission. A submission does not create an employment relationship or entitle you to payment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
9. Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. The version in effect when you submit your content applies to that submission.
