How to use

1. Clean

Wash with warm water and soap between each use.

2. Charge the Wand

Allow the wand to charge for 1 hour prior to using.

3. Find a safe space

Find somewhere you can relax without interruptions.

4. Choose an end

Choose whichever end is more comfortable for you.

5. Apply lubricant

Generously apply water-based lubrricant to the wand and vagina.

6. Position yourself

Lie on back with bent knees.

7. Choose Vibration Setting (1-15)

Press vibration mode button to find the intensity that's right for you.

8. Soften & Insert

Breathe deeply in and out, inserting on the exhale.

9. Find Tender Points

Think of the vagina as a clock, 9 o'clock is the right side and 3 o'clock is the left side of the vagina. Sweep from 5 to 1 o'clock and 7 to 11 o'clock.

10. Repeat

Repeat 1-2x/ day, using different depths of insertion as needed.
